Both Hastings natives, Brad and Rachel have known each other for several years before dating. When Rachel was in high school, she would tease her parents that Brad was her “future husband” even before they first spoke to one another. Turns out, it would become true! On Christmas Eve, Brad proposed and the couple will be married on August 7, 2016. Throughout the past few years both Brad and Rachel underwent extreme challenges including, long distance relationships and big career/life changes. Brad was starting his BRB Services, LLC. business while Rachel was crowned Miss Minnesota 2015 and went on to further compete at the national Miss America Competition in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Needless to say, the past year was unique. What could have easily made a relationship fall apart, turned out to become the opposite. It strengthened their love and bond for each other. Through their love, friendship, trust, endless commitment, and bond, they are excited to move into the next phase of life with one another.
